Welcome to our family! When purchasing from our website you will automatically be added to our Monthly Newsletter. This once a month email will keep you informed of industry news, new products and sales.

To Our Customers,

We are a wholesaler/importer selling to retailers, churches, temples, hotels, restaurants, manufacturers, home based, and web businesses. We do not sell to the consumer.

We do extend 30 day credit terms to our regular customers who purchase throughout the year. If you prefer open terms please call 800-227-5381 or e-mail jgainey@mastergourmetpackaging.com and we will send you a credit application.

Purchasing:

 We do not use an on-line credit card processor!  We will email an internal confirmation  of your order and will follow up with a phone call to make sure the product will meet your requirements. At that point we obtain your credit card information and ship your order.

There is a minimum order of  $100.00 to order on our web siteIf there are special circumstances please call us or email:

Pricing

We are currently updating our web site with new products and pricing.  An internal sales order will be sent to you showing price changes for your approval before your order ships. Our website pricing reflects the lowest cost and best value. Many items may show the lowest cost based on a higher volume purchase.  Please check the price drop down to view price ranges for the quantity you need to purchase.  Volume discounts can be used when purchasing multiple colors or sizes. Only under unique circumstances will they change without notice.  We will enter your order and send an internal confirmation which is different than the web site confirmation. This is for your convenience and clarity.

Shipping:

Orders placed by 3:00 pm have a high percentage rate of shipping on the same day. If shipment is time sensitive please indicate this in the "our notice to you" when placing your order.  Our staff wants to assist with your order to make sure all bases are covered and that you receive your product when you need it. Freight costs and a small handling fee are applied to all orders.  Back ordered items will ship when they become available.  At times we will ship from different warehouses across the USA.

We offer the least expensive shipping arrangements for all orders. We currently use UPS, USPS, and several common carriers. In the event of lost or damaged merchandise, please contact the carrier immediately. We will provide assistance if necessary.

Returns:

We have a satisfaction guaranteed policy but for situations beyond our control, there will be a 20% restocking charge for returned merchandise.
